There are two ways to create your UCR Health MyChart account.
- At your next scheduled office visit, ask your care team about registering for a MyChart account. Your care team can help you register for a MyChart account during your visit or give you an activation code that you can use to register at home.
- "No Activation Code?" Request to sign up by calling Customer Support at (619) 543-5220.
