Herodia Allen

Herodia Allen has been a recognized leader in healthcare management for more than three decades. Her expertise in population health, value-based care, and care management across the continuum of care is exactly what UCR Health needs as the hospital works to expand its reach into local communities.

In her role, she will coordinate with the senior leadership team as they focus on advancing strategic initiatives, expanding clinic services and continuing to build and foster partnerships across the Inland Southern California region. Herodia brings a strong track record of delivering results in clinical quality, care experience, and financial management. She joins the UCR Health team having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer for the Woodland Hills and West Ventura service areas for Kaiser Permanente.

In addition to her experiences at Kaiser Permanente, Herodia has also held leadership roles at Stanford Health Care and UCSF Medical Center.

Herodia graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Allen with Bachelor’s degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology and English. She also earned a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Wharton School of Business.
