Dr. Jacobs is a graduate of University of San Francisco, and completed her primary care residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital / Harvard Community Health Plan. She completed her fellowship through a joint program at University of Chicago. Dr. Jacobs is new chair for the department of Internal Medicine at UCR Health.
